Raifu Durodoye Jr., is a Senior Research Manager for the Research-Practice Partnerships Team at WestEd. He is an experienced educational researcher and practitioner with more than 10 years of experience designing rigorous studies, leading research and development projects, and evaluating large-scale education programs and interventions. Recent projects that Dr. Durodoye has led or designed include evaluations of state-level educator workforce policy, analyses of postsecondary access and attainment, and investigations of reading comprehension and psycho-social interventions. Dr. Durodoye has extensive experience as a data strategist, quantitative analyst, and methodologist. He is currently certified in What Works Clearinghouse group design, advanced group design, and single-case design standards.
Dr. Durodoye received his undergraduate degree and master’s in public administration from the University of North Texas. He received his PhD in Public Administration and Policy from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University.
