Jonathan Dolle is a national expert in quality improvement methodology and its application to educational systems. As Director of the Improvement Science Team, Dolle helps leaders apply quality improvement principles and methods to create just and equitable education systems. Dolle’s work responsibilities include the design, support, and evaluation of improvement networks; the development of leaders to support organizational transformation; and the integration of subject matter, practitioner, and systems expertise to accelerate improvement. Dolle has expertise working at the intersection of K–12 and higher education systems.

He earned his PhD in philosophy of education from Stanford University, and his MA in educational policy studies and BS in systems engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
